Dad loved cowboy songs - Shenandoah, "Little Jimmy Brown", most of Hank Williams and especially Gene Autry's "South of the Border (Down Mexico Way). He had a bit of a soft spot for Joan Baez - all that civil rights stuff and I think it may have been her version of this cowboy song that stuck in his mind.
